Rainy and cloudy.
A pretty good day. I overslept this morning...boo! Oh well, it didn't harm anything so I'm not too upset about it. I finally got up, drank some non-decafe coffee, and then had a shower.
After my usual late brunch I went over to my school. I got quite wet in the process as it was raining hard. Sigh. I changed into my working clothes and then I hung up my wet ones in the bathroom to dry.
Class went well except my student had a hard time saying eraser! He was a bit noisy today too, but not that bad really.
I came home after my lesson, via the drugstore. When I came home, I found my hubby hard at work. He'd been working on making dinner. He made garlic pork with fried eggplant, and I contributed a salad bought at the grocery store. Everything was very good and it was nice to be spoiled for a change. I did dishes tonight because Fumihiko did all the cooking. He's a good cook, my hubby is. I get to try tomorrow night. I think we're having teriyaki chicken with sauteed asparagus. Why do I think that? That's what I bought last night! (not teriyaki chicken with sauteed asparagus you nitpickers, I bought the ingredients to make them!)
And that's my day. We've been kicking back and relaxing tonight. We've made plans to go to Sendai over the weekend -Sunday and Monday, so there won't be an update on Sunday night. What will we do? Well, I'm planning to get myself the latest OS for my computer. Yay!!!! I'm tired of not being able to view things because my computer system is too old. Plus, there are a few books I'd like to get...the new Sue Grafton, maybe the new James Patterson if there's one, and I'm hoping for the new Dean Koontz Frankenstein novel if it's out. Hmm. I have a stack of books to read, but these would all be books in series that I'm reading so worth it I think.
