Cool and a bit cloudy.
Today was okay. I failed abysmally at getting to bed early, and naturally failed at getting up early too! Sigh. Luckily it didn't matter today.
When I did get up I did email and stuff and watched the new Alfie on WOWOW. It was okay. Jude Law does have a certain presence about him, but frankly I missed Michael Caine. I haven't seen the original for years. When the movie was over I showered and then went back to my computer!
Later on I watched Project Runway again while I cooked, ate then cleaned up my lunch. It was okay. I'm really not in tune with the judges!
I biked off to my school, stopping only for a bottle of tea along the way. At my school I got ready, and planned a lesson too. My student came at the correct time and we had a good lesson.
After class I called Fumihiko and got him to pick me up. He did and we negotiated where to go for dinner. He suggested Gusto, but I asked for M's Dining instead. I have a big gap in classes tomorrow so I might go to Gusto for a break, so I didn't want to go there two days in a row! We had a nice meal. After I proposed to hubby that we try not to eat out so much. At the moment my income is very small, so he is paying for most things. I'd like to do some travelling this year so I think we should economize. He agreed, but wants to do grocery shopping everyday. I don't like that. He said it's the Japanese way. I said, yup, but I'm not doing it.
We came home and had a quiet evening at home. I asked him to help me update one of my school forms. It's causing him some problems so he quit for the night and took his bath.
I've got a bit of a busy day tomorrow. Not really from the perspective of my old school, but I have to be over at the school for quite a few hours tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it.
Anyway, I'm off. I have an appointment with my bed! Night night.
