Rainy most of the day.
Surprisingly for me, it was a good day. I took a couple of cold pills before bed and slept very well. In fact, when I got up at 12 I thought I'd get up permanently, but ended up sleeping for another couple of hours. I was so groggy. Usually cold pills don't do to much for me, but that one really did!
When I got up, Fumihiko was watching his DVD of The Langoliers. He apologized, but I just laughed. I know how much he loves that story, which is why we got the dvds when I was in Canada. When it finished, we didn't take the DVD out of the deck and it started all over again. We ended up watching it all over again. We are weird!
We had dinner out tonight, at the yakiniku buffet place. It was crowded, but we managed to get in. We both ate too much, which is why we don't go very often.
We came home afterwards, but I sent Fumihiko out again for kerosene. I didn't remind him when we were out. When he came back we watched the last part of The Stand. It was good until the ending. What passed for special effects back then just wouldn't cut it today. Still it was enjoyable.
After The Stand finished we watched another Christmas movie. Just when I thought I was out, they brought me back! Still, it was a fun one.
I'm going to try to go to bed a little earlier than I did last night, because I really don't want to sleep all day. My nose is still running so I may take some medicine, but I think I'll try something else. I really don't like being groggy in the morning.
