Emilio, Gloria Estefan & daughter Emily Marie were at the World Premiere of Walt Disney Pictures Video and DVD release of "Lady and The Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure"

 

Nelson González won about 5 Grammys. 2 of them were for the contribution on Gloria's albums Mi Tierra and Alma Caribena

	In September 1992 these famous boots were sold at a Dutch auction for UNICEF. The boots were sold for about $1100). They were signed by Gloria at the bottom. There was also a letter written by Becky Fajardo (Gloria’s sister) included.

 

Gloria is the Godmother of 2 beautiful cruise ships called "Nordic Empress" and "The Rapsody of the Seas" (Royal Caribbean Cruises).

2001 - Emilio received the honorary degree of Doctor of Music at the University of Miami 

Gloria performed at the Today Show in New York - June 1, 2001
