This rule only applies to bazookas. Straight nades are not easy so they are allowed. A straight bazooka is a bazooka that reaches your opponent without making a curve. When is a shot straight? Well i'd say a curve less than 10-15 degrees is straight. This shot is an example of a straight shot, and therefore not allowed:
