I showed the basic zook shots, now onto the nades. Throwing a nade is just a matter of knowing your physics. Or your ball game :) The trick to get to know how to throw them is practice. You need to know how long a nade can fly before exploding. Not close, but exactly. Then just get the right angle and power and you won't miss. You need practice though to get a consistant shot. The first nade shot i'll show is this one sec nade. We need about 55 degrees angle here and not too much power, because one sec ain't long. Looks like this:
