Choc-Vanilla Shake

Ingredients:

1 can diet A&W  vanilla cream soda

1 package diet hot chocolate mix (25 cal)

  1. Mix together in blender w/ some ice.

Ingredients:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender. 

  2. Blend until smooth and serve.

Gingerbread Latte

Ingredients:

3/4 mug of really strong coffee

1 pack of artificial sweetener

bullet

a few swipes down the grater with a piece of fresh ginger

1/4 cup skim milk

Cinnamon to taste

Procedure:

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients together.

  2. Mix milk and cinnamon together using a foamer or electric drink mixer, until it is very foamy.

  3. fold enough of the foamed milk into the mug of coffee and ginger to fill it up

'Nana's Kick-In-The-Pants

Ingredients:

1 cup ice

1 tsp non-dairy creamer

Procedure:

  1. cut up the banana

  2. place all ingredients into the blender

  3. if the blender makes sounds like it is dying, you may need to add a little water to get her going

Strawberry Yogurt Drink

Ingredients:

1/2 c low fat yogurt

3 ice cubes

Procedure:

Tropical Banana Shake

Ingredients:

1 small banana

1 cup skim milk

1 cup vanilla low-fat or light ice-cream

Orange slices, halved (optional)

Orange peel strips (optional)

Procedures:

  1. Peel and cut up banana. Place in freezer container or bag; freeze until firm.

  2. In a blender container combine banana, skim milk, ice cream, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. Sprinkle each serving with nutmeg. If desired, garnish with orange slice halves and orange peel strips.
