This diet is based on a chemical
breakdown and is proven to work. You can not substitute any of the foods.
Salt and pepper may be used, but not other seasonings.
In 3 days you will supposedly lose 10
lbs. ( I believe that is if you are already at a normal or above-normal
weight). After 3 days of dieting, begin eating normal again, but not over
doing it. After four days of "normal" eating you can go back on the 3 day
diet.
Remember - No cheating and do not pick
between meals. Low-Cal drinks are permitted.
