The 7 Day Diet

The 7 Day ALL You Can Eat Diet

On this diet you can supposedly lose 5-10 lbs a week if you are of a "normal" weight., and probably not recently been restricting heavily.  From what I understand about this diet, you should follow the diet one week then take a week or more off before starting again.

The Diet:

bulletMONDAY:
All the fruit you want except banana
 
bulletTUESDAY:
All the vegetables you want you can use soy sauce, vinegar or mustard
 
bulletWEDNESDAY:
All the fruit & vegetables you want.
 
bulletTHURSDAY:
5 bananas with 5 glasses of milk
 
bulletFRIDAY:
4 (3 oz beef/chicken or fish steaks) with fresh vegetables
 
bulletSATURDAY:
4 (3 oz. beef steaks) with fresh vegetables
 
bulletSUNDAY:
4 (3 oz. beef steaks) with fresh vegetables
