Revolutionary War Pension on 5 May 1834 in Henry County, Kentucky.

getting into an arguement. He fled to Shelby County, Texas.
He was killed there in 1842 while a member of the Regulator Company on the
side of law and order. His murderer was shot and killed by his son Ira Clement.
