Developed business requirements working with the client, Client Services Managemnet, Project Manager and IT department to pull together intial requriemnets for an initiative to provide computer services to monitor customer health insurance.
Worked with daa analystg to revamp current processes to improve data ingtegrity and streamline current operations in delivering solutions that do not compromise data integrity. Attended SEP Stage Gate training being initiated thoughout CVS to provide quality congtrol for all comptuer initiatives.
Work with data anlyhst in monitoring reports and develoment of quality assurance processes to assure accurate and up-to-date reporting is genated to the client.
Outlined tge ste;ps necesary in project implementation thru launch and follow-up support and presented to TheraCom at the director level.
Monitor business requirements against client contracts to ensure all aspects of the software enhancement sare in compliance with the contract.
