Ivory arrived in WWE in early 1999, as the manager of D'lo Brown and Mark Henry. It didn't take her long to win the Women's Title from Debra, and held it for a number of months. She lost it in October of that year to the seventy six year old Fabulous Moolah, but won it back shortly thereafter. She lost it again in December at Armageddon in a Fatal Four Way Pool Match against the Kat, B.B. and Jacqueline. She stayed out of the spotlight after that, until Steven Richards formed the RTC, and convinced her to join. She won the Women's Title back in October 2000 in a Fatal Four Way against Lita, Trish Stratus and Jacqueline.

In December at Armageddon, she teamed with Val Venis against Chyna and Billy Gunn. After the match, she and Val injured Chyna's neck with a spike piledriver. Despite the career threatening injury, Chyna wanted revenge and challenged Ivory for the Women's Title at the Royal Rumble. However, Chyna collapsed shortly into the match and reinjured her neck. Ivory continued to mock Chyna, but Chyna was resilient and recovered in time for a rematch at WrestleMania X-Seven, where Ivory lost the Women's Title. Ivory took another hiatus from the ring after the RTC dissolved. Meanwhile, Shane and Stephanie McMahon were leading the stars of WCW and ECW in an invasion against WWE. Ivory returned and joined the WCW/ECW Alliance, mentoring Stacy Keibler and Torrie Wilson, and later serving as a valet for the Hurricane and Lance Storm. The invasion came to a head at Survivor Series 2001, where Ivory challenged for the Women's Title in a Six Pack Challenge against Trish, Lita, Mighty Molly, Jazz and Jacqueline. She didn't win, and was forced out of WWE, along with the rest of the Alliance, when they lost the main event.

She returned in 2002, after taking time off to work as a trainer on the WWE reality show Tough Enough. She teamed with Trish Stratus in several matches, and won a few non-title matches against Women's Champ Jazz in 2003.
