Important Notes
1. Wrestler name and e-mail address are both required fields. We cannot give an item to a wrestler if he didn't leave his name. Purchases without a wrestler name or e-mail address will be disregarded.
2. Send each item seperately. Each item is a different form and therefore you must send them seperately. They will not all send at once. If you fill out several forms, but only send one, we will only recieve the one you sent.
3. Make sure you have enough money to make all your purchases. If you do not have enough money, the purchase will be disregarded. If you sent in multiple purchases, but don't have enough money for all of them, the first one or more that you sent that you can afford will be used. The rest will also be disregarded.
