Until Tomorrow
Do you know? The first time we met I knew.
I wasnt quite sure what I knew, but I did know it
was going to change me in alot of ways. I just didn't
know it was going to affect the rest of my life and just
how much.
You say your not good enough for me. That
everyone tried to figure out why I was
with you.That everyone else wanted me
and why was I settling for you.
Let me explain. Everytime I see you my
heart starts doing these funny little
flutters. lol. Not sure what they are.
But, I do know one thing, the excitement
I feel everytime I look at you is over
whelming. You say your a big man in a
litle man's body. To me you are everything.
Everything I looked for in a relationship.
Everything that filled my heart with
happiness and joy. For with you there,
their is no emptiness.
The closeness and comfort we got just
from talking. The laughter we shared
as everything came so natural for us.
From our cleaning the house together
to the love we shared for your children.
They too took over my heart. They became
mine and I loved them as any mother would.
With your heart I joined them with mine.
You told me there was no way I was still
in love with you. There is one thing you
forget. True love that is in your heart
and soul never dies. It just grows stronger
with time. The kind of love that you and I
shared happens but only once in a lifetime,
and for some it never happens. We threw away
a love that can never be replaced nor does
it ever go away. Nor, does the love fade
with the passage of time
You asked me why I never got involved long
term again. The answer my love is simple.
The love in my heart for you is still
glowing brightly deep inside my soul.
Just waiting to emerge. Others fail by
comparison. Your in my soul and their
is where you will always be. So, until
tomorrow my love I wait for thee!
