Sailor Chibi Moon

"Small Lady is so sure of herself, just like a proper scout."—Diana to Luna about Rini, Sailor Moon comic #26 Sailor Chibi-Moon (Mini-Moon in N.A.) first appears as a civilian in Sailor Moon R. She used some type of mind control on Serena's family, convincing them that she was a cousin who had come to live with them. She became a scout in Sailor Moon S, and did not return to the future till after the seventh episode of Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. Sailor Chibi-Moon has two henshin: "Moon Prism Power, Make-up!" and "Moon Crisis, Make-up!". She also has two attacks: Pink Sugar Heart Attack (which involves her own moon wand) and Twinkle Yell (which is used to summon Pegasus). When Sailor Chibi-Moon uses Twinkle Yell (while ringing her bell, the Crystal Carillion), Sailor Moon's Moon Kaleidoscope wand appears, and she thus can use Moon Gorgeous Meditation. (In Sailor Moon SuperS, Chibi-Moon is also the only one who can release the power of the Golden Crystal.) When not a Sailor, she is Chibi-Usa (Rini in N.A., which I figure is short for Serena), also known as Small Lady. As the daughter of Serena and Darien, she is also the future moon princess and the heir to Crystal Tokyo. Sailor Pluto allowed her to come to the past on an important mission to help her parents, and in the process she soon becomes a (to some degree) miniature Sailor Moon, just not quite as powerful. Diana, a grey cat that is the daughter of Luna and Artemis (I think), is her feline advisor. This is Wicked Lady (aka Evil Rini). In a certain episode, an evil wizard captured Sailor Chibi-Moon and turned her into this evil chick (which is why she is on this page). Her mission was to destroy Sailor Moon.
