Tracy is the new character on the show, so I don’t know much about him except that he is a Pokemon watcher. He sketches Pokemon. He has a Marril (Pikablu) and Venonat (those are the ones we have seen so far). I think he has a weakness for girls like Brock because they caught him sketching Officer Jenny in one of the episodes.
