This
Cross-Cultural Communication course aims at creating an
awareness of why people from opposite sides of the world
have different cultural perspectives
in social and business situations. The emphasis is on developing understanding,
flexibility and respect as a necessary foundation
towards effective long-term international cultural
cooperation, essential to any business transaction with
other countries.
Sensitivity and inter-cultural competence are
strengthened. Focus is on inter-cultural
competence in international business.

Methodology
Our
training is participatory and interactive, using a
variety of methods such as case studies, focus group
discussions and task oriented activities, to create a
deeper understanding of the nature of cultural
differences. It is a participant-centered training
approach aimed at involving the learner
in cross-cultural
situations,
replacing prejudice and misperception with real
knowledge that can be effectively applied
to strategic international situations.
