Sunny and hot day, rain at night.
WA HOO! I'm on holiday! Well, I am now anyway! Happy Canada Day everyone...I'm posting after midnight so I can say that!
Today was a good day. I was busy at work, but a class had been cancelled so I had more breathing time. I also learned a new kids game at work. My student beat me hands down! He was so fast. I spent an hour or two figuring the game out and he got it in 2 minutes!
After classes tonight, Fumihiko phoned me on the school's phone because I stupidly left my phone at home! I don't know how or why, I just didn't put it in my purse this morning. Sigh. He picked me up in his new car.
Okay, it's not his car. His car is in the shop being repaired. Someone hit the passenger side door a few days ago and while he's having it fixed, we have a loaner. It's small and a bit strange. Not "our" car at all.
We had dinner at M's Dining and it was really nice tonight. I had chicken and Fumihiko had steak. Yum. Everything was great.
We came home and spent the rest of the evening packing or drinking coffee.
So, everyone, no updates for a few days. We should be back on Monday if all goes well. Don't miss me too much. Night night!
