Gorgeous morning, rainy in the afternoon.
A pretty good day. No fires!
I slept in a bit, then got up, checked email and stuff. Then, I took a long nap on the couch. I was so tired for some reason and I just needed it. It was great though.
When I roused myself I made lunch and that's about that. I was back at my computer later when Fumihiko called and said he was coming home.
Later, we went shopping. First we went to a drugstore where I bought some stuff for the kitchen and bathroom, and me of course, then we had dinner.
Tonight we went to Gusto. I had a couple of their new dishes, premium hamburg with grated daikon and a chicken-mushroom salad. It was nice. Fumihiko had Japanese stuff like always. His had natto in it which was a total turnoff for me.
We bought some groceries for dinner for the next two nights. Tomorrow it's going to be shabu-shabu and the night after I think miso pork chops. Should be good. I don't have to prepare too much for either. Hurray. We also found out that our grocery store will close on May 7th, so we might not be back before it does. There will a brand new store open on May 11th. It looks huge and gorgeous.
We came home and watched another 2 episodes of Tru Calling. I think if we want to watch more we'll have to buy more dvds. I'm trying to get Fumihiko to commit to that.
And that's it. An okay day, not too exciting, but quite nice.
