Snowy day....I stayed in though.
A good day. Hurray.
I got up fairly early this morning, made the bed, checked email and stuff. I had a visit around 12 from my hubby, picking up his cell phone and dropping off some kerosene for us. Yay.
In the morning I also prepared some chicken. I made the tandori mix and put it in the fridge to marinate.
Fumihiko came home around 6:30 and I started cooking then. I grilled the chicken, put out the salad and stir fried the green beans. I had already prepared dessert. I created my own one tonight. I mixed some plain yogurt with some raspberry syrup (sugar free) and added in the few remaining frozen raspberries. Then, I put the mix into individual bowls and put them into the freezer. I got Fumihiko to make tofu steaks, it took a bit longer than I expected so dinner was starting to get cold when he was ready, but it was still good.
He did the dishes and then we watched the Golden Globes. They were on TV tonight. They were kind of fun. We haven't seen a lot of the movies yet, but we are big Desperate Housewives fans.
I'm doing my computer stuff and drinking coffee, Fumihiko is taking his bath. When he's ready we're going to watch this weeks Desperate Housewives. The previews looked really good, so I'm quite excited!
Gotta go! Night!
Oh, one more thing...I'm off to Sendai tomorrow morning for a shopping trip. If I can't get back because of the snow I'll won't be updating. I'll be back though if all goes well. Talk to you tomorrow, I hope!
