Warm and clear. Nice day.
We slept in this morning, but not too much. We had gone to bed last night at a fairly decent time, so when we woke up we weren't cranky or mad. Hurray! And, we read our nengajo. We got a few, but not terribly many. Later on, I even got a parcel in the mail from a friend in Canada. She sent me a book and a dvd set. Wow.
I heated up our soup and we ate soup and salad. Yum. It was nice to have something at home for a change.
Fumihiko had to go off and take his Mum to the temple, so he went off and I did dishes and fooled around on my computer. That was fun. I made a new template for the daily update master page.
When Fumihiko came back we decided to go out. We went to the post office first to send our nengajo and then we went to S-mall. We hacked around for a while. We didn't buy too much, just a couple of dvds....I got Bridget Jones Edge of Reason, and Fumihiko got Garfield. I'm not sure why, but I think it'll be fun.
We had a lovely cup of coffee in the coffee shop, did a spot of grocery shopping and then went to have dinner. Tonight we went to Cocos. It was nice. We had a lot of coffee or tea.
We came home and watched a couple of movies. We watched Dangerous Liasions and then Love Actually. I really enjoyed the combination.
And that was my day. It was pretty good actually. I hope the rest of the year is like this, or better!
