Sunny, but I didn't go out!
Today was a good day. I got a phone call at 10:30 which I'm a little embarrassed to say found me still in bed asleep. After that though, I woke up and got up.
I didn't have an exciting day at all. I watched another Friends dvd, ate lunch and used my computer a lot. Still, it was nice and relaxing.
Fumihiko was late tonight and I was just going to start the veggie prep for our dinner when he came home, around 8:30 I think. So late! Poor guy.
I cooked dinner tonight and it was good. I cooked the spicy fried chicken from the grocery store, then stir fried the veggies. We had asparagus, red onion and shimegi mushrooms sauteed in a butter-olive oil mix. I'd added some oregano, a bit of balsamic red wine vinegar and a clove of garlic to the mix as well. It was really good. I was quite surprised! We also had a daikon salad, but I didn't make that, that was store bought. Yum. Fumihiko really raved about his meal.
We worked on planning our trip tonight. It's a bit confusing, but I think we'll be okay. At the moment the travel company that Fumihiko found says we can't get seats, we'll have to wait on a list. It's a little scary, but we'll probably be okay. I hope anyway!
We watched ER and it was quite good. It was one of the "filler" episodes where they start setting things up for future story lines.
And that was my day so far. I'm trying to persuade my hubby to get off his computer, take a bath and then go to bed, but it's not really working! I'll probably stay up and watch Alias again. I like that show!
Tomorrow I'm back to work. Got to go! Night.
