Sunny, but a bit cool.
Today was pretty good. I got up, made beds and showered. Fumihiko had a busy morning. He had to get up, walk his dog and then take his mother to the doctor. He also had to rearrange his dental appointment. Then, he came home to take me out to breakfast and then to my school! Nice guy huh?
Classes went quite well today. I like the Saturday kids, they're lots of fun. My second class left early. It seems like they will have to change their class time soon though.
After the students left, I finished up my paperwork and then worked on my craft. What am I making? Well, that would be telling, now wouldn't it? But, don't worry, when it's finished I'll be sure to tell you all!
Fumihiko brought me home for a bit, then went to take care of his dog. I did computer stuff and when he came back we talked about our options for the evening. I had suggested fishing this morning, but it was a bit late by the time he came home. Maybe tomorrow night? We finally decided on dinner and a movie, so we drove to Mikawa and to the Cocos.
We had an okay dinner there. I tried their beef pizza. It was interesting. I'm not sure that I'd have it again as it was a bit sweet. It was good though.
We headed over to the mall. I went to the grocery store and bought a few things. I talked Fumihiko into buying something for his mother. Actually I've been trying to get him to plan something for tomorrow for her for ages, but he won't. Sigh. I'm sure she thinks that I'm the reason she doesn't get anything from him, but it's just not true.
We went to see Spiderman 3 and I liked it. I didn't like it as much as Spiderman 2. I thought "2" was really good. I'd heard that this one was a let down, and in a way it was, but I thought it handled the character arcs quite well. I liked the little things, like the way that Gwen apologized to MJ, and that the Green Goblin storyline was resolved. And, of course I LOVED Bruce Campbell. Was he channelling John Cleese? Peter Sellers? I wanted to see more of him!
After the movie, we came home via the grocery store. Fumihiko always wants to buy food late at night. I'm not sure why. It drives me crazy.
We came home and I watched Rock School with Gene Simmons of KISS trying to turn nice English school kids into rock stars. It's kind of funny as some of the kids hate rock music!
And that's my day. It's been long and I'm really tired. I think I need to snag me some zzzzzzs, so Night!
