Warm and sunny.
An okay day, really. I got up early this morning, watched an episode and a half of Joey, then the end of the news. After that, I went back to bed! It was cool in my bedroom as I'd opened the windows and I hadn't slept well last night.
I finally got up and discovered that Anchorman, The Legend of Ron Burgundy was on. I'd seen it last year, so ended up watching it again. It was just as funny the second time around too.
I took my shower after the movie, then I blew my hair dry. I don't usually do that, but lately my hair just doesn't get dry. Maybe it's time for another haircut?
I had a quiet day around the house, then left for my school. I took my time today because I didn't have to prepare anything today. I was doing an extra lesson that was already prepared. I went to a drugstore to get a few things and then finally arrived at my school.
When I got there it was 30.5o Celsius. That was really hot. I turned on the air conditioner to get it cooler. Sigh. I didn't expect it to be quite that hot. I got ready for my student, then taught my class.
After my class, I cleaned up, prepared a little for my student tomorrow and then came home. I had fixed my light on my bike today so it worked on the way home. I was nearly home when I heard my cell phone ringing in my bag. I knew that meant that Fumihiko was finished work, but I wasn't able to answer it just yet. I got in the apartment and called him back.
We didn't eat for quite a while. Fumihiko wasn't hungry, so I didn't bother for a while. Finally, around 11, I cooked. Most of it was premade, the last of the cucumber yogurt salad, a daikon salad, and then some fried chicken. It was quite nice. Fumihiko did the dishes, which was sweet of him.
Not much happened the rest of the night. We had a quiet evening at home. Fumihiko put on some horror movie on WOWOW which I really objected to, then changed to an Italian movie on BS 11. It was good at least, but the sad thing for me was there were no English subtitles. I was getting sucked into the film even without them!
Anyway, tomorrow is another quiet day at the school for me. I have one evening class. Saturday I'll be a bit busier, which is nice. I should go now. Have a good night.
