Sunny, cool, but not cold.

I was surprised at myself again this morning because I woke up before my alarm went off, and I got up right away. I am not usually that sort of person so it's a bit odd.

I watched news and surfed the web, but around 10 I had a bit of a nap for a while. I watched State of Play from last night. It's really good, why is it that British dramas are so intelligent and well acted?

I cooked my lunch a little early, washed up, and then left for work. I went to the drugstore on my way to work. I needed a few things.

At the school, I did a quick but thorough vacuuming and then some dusting. After that I got my paperwork ready for class. The first class went quite well. When I talked to the students' mother after class she asked for a bit of a progress report so I gave her one.

My second class was also good. We had a lot of discussion and a bit of reading work. I showed her the FBC Christmas newsletter after class, so she was a little late leaving.

Fumihiko called me around 9:25 to say he was done and would pick me up soon. I asked him not to come yet as I wasn't ready. I had to file some papers and do my regular paperwork plus the set up for tomorrow's classes. I called him back around 10 pm.

Tonight we had dinner in Grado. It was quite nice. We both had steak with mushroom potatoes, soup, appetizers and gelato with coffee. We sent the coffee back because it wasn't hot enough. It really wasn't hot, more like warmish. It was the second time it's happened there, so they need to work on their coffee presentation.

We came home and had some quiet time on our computers. Fumihiko was tired so went to bed a few minutes ago, I'll likely follow him soon. I'm feeling quite tired these days. I'm on my second cold since I came back from Canada so I might just need to get more sleep.
