X-Files/Multiple Shows
Mulder Torture by Wombat

Slash parody. Wombat’s hilarious parody of slashfic cliches. With guest appearances by characters from Sentinel, Professionals, Highlander, etc. A must read for all slash fans.

Quantum Leap/The Sentinel/Due South
Partners by Lisa Martin
Non-Graphic Slash. Lisa is not only a wonderful friend, but an amazing writer and zine editor to boot. She alone is responsible for introducing me to QL (like I *need* another fandom). What happens when you put Al, Jim, and Ray Vecchio in a bar together? Why conversations on their quirky partners, of course! 67k

X-Files/Highlander
Rapture by Wombat
Slash. Wombat is an amazing writer, and this x-over just reinforces my opinion. Back in the summer of 1979, a young Fox Mulder meets Adam Pierson at a hippie commune. Twenty years later, Mulder is called to investigate when the people who were at the camp keep turning up murdered. Will Mulder find Adam in time, or is Adam the murderer Mulder is searching for?

X-Files/Strange Luck/Highlander
Who Watches the Watchers? by Kim Sefcik
Gen. Did anybody else out there like Strange Luck?? I loved that show and was thrilled when I found this story. Three universes collide when Mulder begins an investigation of a series of beheadings with freak lightning storms. Please note that this link will take you to the main archive.

X-Files/The Sentinel
The Inquisitor by Sorka
Gen. Sorka creates a truly believable, well-written x-over here. Mulder and Scully cross paths with Ellison and Sandburg when both pairs are on the trail of a murderer with heightened senses.

Highlander/The Sentinel
Kindred Spirits by Vyola
Slash. Oh wow! I do love this beautifully written story. Like is attracted to like when Blair mistakenly receives a book meant for Methos.

Highlander/The Sentinel
The Look, Look Again, and One Last Look by Bone
Slash. Oh.My.God. I think my monitor melted as I read this series - and I’m a Blair and/or Methos fan! Jim. Duncan. PWP. ‘Nuff said.

The Sentinel/MacGyver
The Sentinel/MacGyver Crossover Series by Cindy L. Combs
Gen. As you can probably guess by now, I don’t read a lot of gen stories. Cindy’s, however, are an exception I gladly make. Two men, both carry pocketknives, are highly intellegent and able to improvise at a moment’s notice, and both happen to absolutely hate guns. What’s the connection?

The Sentinel/Due South
Extradition by TAE
Gen. A finely crafted series featuring all your favourites from both shows. What if Jim Ellison isn’t the only Sentinel out there?

The Sentinel/Voyager
A Debt Repaid by Joanne Collins
Slash. This story will always hold a special place in my heart, as it was my first introduction to the Sentinel. Joanne's lovely writing started me reading, then watching Jim and Blair. Much thanks to Sierray for sending the updated URL for this story!

The Sentinel/La Femme Nikita
Adaptations by D.L. Witherspoon
Gen. This story is a great read, especially the interactions between Jim and Nikita. Jim Ellison is recruited by Section One.

Highlander/Voyager
Just a Guy by Zorrorojo
Slash. Wow, this is a truly wonderful series, and better yet, it's *long* and keeps growing! Imagine the surprise of the U.S.S. Minnow...uh...Voyager crew when they come across an adrift Federation ship in the Delta Quadrant, complete with a rather unique pair of passengers. I have to admit, the 'trial of Methos' stories are, by far, my favourites. Excellent characterization all the way around.

Highlander/Due South
The One That Got Away by Kellie Matthews and Julia Kosatka
Adult/Slash. Whew, did it just get warm in here? Wow, it's quite the story when the Immortal thief Amanda crosses paths with Ben and Ray V. while setting up a heist. Kellie and Julia do a wonderful job capturing all three of the main characters. Plus, there are sequels!!

Highlander/Quantum Leap
Adam’s Rib by Agnes Joseph
Non-graphic slash. This story first appeared in the Quantum Leap fanzine "The Angel and the Dreamer 3" and was most deservedly nominated for a Stiffie Fanfiction award. What happens when Sam leaps into the body of Duncan MacLeod, and why is Methos the reason Sam is there in the first place. The way Agnes captures all four of the main characters leaves me in absolute awe, as does the plot of the story itself. A must-read for any QL fan! 172k

Highlander/The Sentinel
The Falcon and the Breeze by James Walkswithwind
Slash. Yet another fabulous zine story, this time out of the pages of ‘Beefstick & Lambchop I’. I’ve read a lot of stories where Blair becomes an Immortal, but this was the first I came across where he is already a very old one. When his longtime friend, ‘Adam Pierson’, comes to visit, how will it affect the dynamics of Blair’s relatively new relationship with Jim? An intriguing concept that is carefully explored.

Highlander/Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Dead Link - Nov. 3 The Shades of Gray series by Jenny W.
Gen. Looks like I’m not the only one that thinks Methos and Angel have a lot in common. Jenny does an amazing job of capturing both characters. The friendship she develops between them is not only realistic, but comforting at the same time. 276k

The Phantom Menace/The Velvet Goldmine
Danger, Little Stranger by Lilith Sedai and Cori Lannam
Slash. There is no such thing as too much Ewan! I have to admit that I passed over this story at first, honestly because I couldn’t fathom these two universes crossing. My mistake. This one is worth the read. When Obi-Wan falls down the rabbit hole to another universe, Qui Gon sets out to find him. But are either Master *or* Apprentice prepared to meet Obi’s AU doppelganger, Curt Wild?

JAG/X-Files
Dead Link Turning and Returning by Jori Remington
Slash. Third Place Winner in the Mulder/Other catergory of the 1999 Spooky awards. Old lovers are thrown together by an investigation into three mysterious murders on a Naval base. But can Harm and Mulder keep the past in perspective? Told in past and present tense, Jori does an amazing job with the flashbacks (no easy task, as most writers will tell you). 123k

Once a Thief/X-Files
Stealing a Moment by Brenda Antrim
Slash. Another lovely tale from the amazing Brenda. A case of mistaken identity makes for a very...ahem...interesting situation between Mulder and Victor.
60k

Sharpe/Highlander
Chosen Men series by Hellblazer
Slash. If you’re looking for a *long*, in-depth series about two of the arguably best soldiers in fandom, then have I got a recommendation for you. Spanning centuries, Hellblazer takes her readers on an amazingly written journey of epic proportions. The Immortal Richard Sharpe has had many lovers in his life, including the not-so-mythical Methos. Warning: For those of you that prefer stories with happy endings, I suggest you stop reading after Part 4 of the series. It's rough going and heavy angst/torture ahead after that chapter.

Eye of the Beholder/Shallow Grave
Third Eye Blind by Brenda Antrim
Slash. Hmm, an Ewan/Ewan crossover? Sounds good to me. Besides, I *loved* Shallow Grave, almost as much as I though Eye of the Beholder *sucked*. Still, Brenda has taken the best elements of these two very different stories and has combined them into an excellent crossover. Meet the Eye’s latest obsession, Alex Law. 45k

Nightwing/X-Men
Freefall by Kerithwyn Jade
Slash. An out-of-sorts Nightwing finds some good advice -- and a little bit more -- when he runs into the X-Men’s Angel. 50k

The West Wing/X-Files
Dead Link Pursuit of Happiness by Jori
Slash. Mix two afternoon joggers, a dropped cell phone, an overworked Deputy Chief of Staff and an underappreciated Special Agent and what do you get? Another great crossover from Jori. 70k

The West Wing/JAG
Faded by Isilzha
Slash. Cruising gay bars can be politically dangerous, especially when you are a White House employee. Fortunately for Josh Lyman, Leo sends CIA agent Clayton Webb to keep the wayward Deputy Chief of Staff out of trouble. 44k

Angel/The Dead Zone
Like Minds by Perri Smith
Gen. The only thing I don't like about this story is the fact that I'd been toying with crossing these two shows myself and Perri beat me to it. She has done an outstanding job, though, with a plotline that never occurred to me. To quote her summary: Two seers walk into a bar... 32K

Buffy/Harry Potter

L'Heure Blue by Dale Edmonds
Slash. I have to admit, I came across this story through the Polyamorous Recommendations Site. The combination of Draco/Riley was odd enough to catch my attention, and damned if it doesn't work in this story. Riley's latest military posting is to help out in the Wizarding War in England. Too bad he's assigned to one of the most bitter figures in the UK's Army of Light. I love how effortlessly the two universes cross in this story, and writing was stong enough to leave me aching for both of the lead characters. 20K

Sam I Am by Dorothy Marley
Non-Graphic Slash. Fluffy, but entertaining. Sam Becket, meet Sam Carter. Your leap, should you choose to accept it is to change the future of one Jack O'Neill and one Daniel Jackson. 114K

Buffy/Smallville

Runaway Trains at 3 A.M. and Lines of Communication by Christina Kamnikar
Gen. It's snowing in hell, folks. I can't believe I'm doing this, but I'm actually recommending a pair of Dawn-centric fics. I guess it goes to show that Clark Kent can save anybody, even the world's most annoying teenager. Clark and Dawn, both runaways, have an accidental meeting in a Denver station. The sequel also has it's moments, especially when Martha Kent dispenses some motherly advice on how to handle teenagers to Buffy. 113K, 105K
