Nakago, first seishi of the Seiryuu
Nakago - the blonde-haired, blue-eyed bad boy of Kotou. Probably also strongest of the Seiryuu seishi, too, Yui makes him her first.
Nakago looking remarkably like Hiko. Maybe it's the angle in combination with his hair. Now all he needs is a big cloak... ^_^
Note the evil aura. It must have swamped Miaka and caused her to swoon like a good little heroine. Not to bash on her, but really. I'm just going on a rant about how dumb most anime heroines are. O_o
