Not much is new. I've been watching Naruto, FullMetal Alchemist, and Hikaru no Go, all of which I would recommend. Hikaru no Go is a little slower than the others, so take it with a grain of salt. (I love Kaga-kun! Yay!)
Well the only update I've gotte my lazy ass to do is to put some pictures into the RuroKen synopsis. All pictures taken from the manga, so they're not quite the same as what's being described. Hopefully one of these days I'll get around to finishing the Recca synopsis... -_-''
Whoa. Haven't updated this monster for quite some time. As I have no real internet access, and am currently shamelessly mooching off of Floyd, this will probably remain un-updated for a while.
Anyway, anything recent is on my livejournal or on the community we created, Anime and Manga for the Sane Fan. I haven't had much chance to write any more stories for the fic site, either, alas...
Okay. Did more work on seiyuu pages. They're probably going to be mildly updated every now and then, so keep checkin' em for new info. On that note, I've also started redoing the synopsis of Recca no Honoo. Right now it's still a work in progress, but I think I have up to the Uruha Maa....

11.15.03 Update! Here's my ramblings about Dokugakuji from GensoMaden Saiyuki. The rest of my rant is on the Updates page. Maybe some time soon I can get a more coherent page together about Saiyuki, but I still haven't pieces one up for Yami no Matsuei, which I've been meaning to do, so don't hold your breath.
11.10.03 Update! Wow, I haven't bothered to put updates here for a while... they've been pretty much included in my ramblings. Well, right now all my updates have been concentrated on tightening and cleaning up already existing pages, mostly the Seiyuu and Seiyuu by Series pages, but I've also worked on thr Recca no Honoo synopsis.
6.26.03 Update! Okay. I added another seiyuu page, this one organized by series. It has links to the names on the other page as well, so you can cross reference.
6.22.03 Update! So, I started looking for the new season fo Weiß Kreuz...want to know what I think? Weiß Kreuz: Glühen . Some character infor and pics, but not much. maybe more when I see the show for myself.
6.11.03 Update! I redid the Kenshin summary. Now the synopsis is long and pretty detailed, and full of spoilers. I could have done individual episode synopses, I suppose, but there are some episodes I just don't like, so I did a big general one, with focus on the parts I enjoy. Hopefully I'll be able to do some of the other shows too.

Tenkuu no Escaflowne
Some people might remember the highly unfortunate English-dubbed version on Fox...trust me, the fansubbed is infinitely better. So, your first impression might be, "What's with all the guys with the funny looking noses and that blue-haired mullet guy with facial tattoos?" The noses, you'll have to get used to (which happens surprisingly quickly). And as far as the mullet goes...deal with it. He's hot.
Recca no Honou"Flame of Recca."
Except for the excessive panty shots at the beginning (and how many times do we really need to see the girls getting their clothes blown/cut/burned off?) a highly amusing fighting anime. It's all about the struggle between Kurei (man, is he freaky) and Recca.
"Boys Before Blossoms" is a rough translation. It's a take-off on a Japanese saying "Dumplings before flowers," which means you have to attend to the important things in life before the luxuries. The animation is not as good as some other series, but it's still fun to watch. The basic story centers around Makino Tuskushi, a poor Japanese girl who got into a rich high school (Eitoku) on a scholarship. Everyone else at Eitoku is rich, so she feels out of place. The F4 is in control of the school, and they can haze out anyone who gets in their way. Naturally, Tsukushi has a run-in with Doumyoji (she kicks him in the head! Go Makino-san!) and the F4 "declare war" on her, which makes her a target for the whole school to pick on.
Weiß Kreuz "White Cross."The title is German, actually. This series is about four guys who are florists by day, and assassins by night. Concerning the number of yaoi things I've seen just looking these guys up...Do they dig each other? I doubt it. Regardless of Youji's, um, interesting fashion statements, they all seem pretty straight. As someone said, they work together, live together - do you really think they'd want to sleep together, too?Some of the screencaps here were gotten at the

Record of Lodoss War OVA and TV series
The Record of Lodoss War first appeared as an OVA in the early 1990's. Since then, it was made into a TV series (with a secondary part called Lodoss Island, which is all chibi and superdeformed, but it is quite amusing). The world of Lodoss is dark and rather mediaeval; in addition to knights there is sorcery, both dark and light, and various species. Elves, Dwarves, and Humans share space with Goblins, Trolls, and dragons.
Fushigi Yuugi the Mysterious Play I had a lovely little blurb written out for Fushigi, and Angelfire lost it. ;_; Apparently we've been going over bandwidth occasionally, so the site has been going up and down. Hopefully this will all be sorted out soon!! I'm sure I'll find more bishounen to put up, so we need more space.
Anyway, there's a really lond Fushigi synopsis on the page, so I'll spare you the boring details. Let me just say this...a bunch of hot guys and a fifteen year old Japanese girl named Miaka. ^_^

I don't know what I can say about a guy who does laundry as well as being a consummate assassin. Maybe once we're actually done with the series we can say a little more... why are they all so obsessed with beef hot pot? It must be quite good.Love the voices? Check out the seiyuu !
