Core Stability Workout

The body's core is located around the midriff and consists of the rectus abdominals, transverse abdominals, internal and external obliques, pelvic floor muscles and the erector spinea. This area is important as every movement the body creates is passed through the core. This area however, one of the most neglected areas of an individuals workout. A Personal Trainer will provide many effective exercises that will both create and enhance the core stability section. This is beneficial to an individual as it will reduce the risk of future injuries and also enable stronger, smoother more efficient movements that are performed everyday during the course of an individual’s life.
