Sporting Performance Enhancement

This service applies to the gym members who compete at any level of any sport. Sport's specific training is just one of Carl’s fields as he is an ex-professional footballer and has the experience and qualifications needed to acquire the benefits of training in your chosen field.  Sport specific training is beneficial to acquire both a physical and mental edge within a sport. A typical example of this is within football, a footballer will create 420+ different movements, use all forms of propulsion (sprinting, jogging and walking) he will also average only 20-meter sprints as their furthest non-stop movement. With this in mind, would it beneficial for a footballer to run on a treadmill for 30 minutes non-stop? The answer is no, because they don't run for 30 minutes non-stop in a game, to train to do that would not necessarily improve their performance, thus resulting in in-efficient training. Using my sports specialized equipment your chosen sport is broken down into beneficial specific movements, this is then applied to your training programme and will improve your sporting performance.
