Rainbow Fountain

The Rainbow fountain can be found in Faerieland. For now, if you visit it will say that the magic has been all used up, but if you visit the fountain after completing a fountain faerie quest you will gain access to teh magic.

The fountain faerie will ask for an item ranging in rarity from 90 to 99+, and will reward you by painting one of your pets for free. If you paint your buzz in this manner you will also get an avatar.
