Level(•): Light bulbs blow out at a glance. Appliances will short circuit.
Static shock is no longer a minor pain.
Basic Level 1(••): Can recharge batteries,
and use dead light bulbs as though they were not blown.
Basic Level 2(•••): Can deliver tazer like
shocks in a touch attack. Can sedate people this way.
Intermediate Level 1(••••): Can power electrical
equipment such as camcorders, appliances, you get the idea.
Intermediate Level 2(•••••): Can absorb
electricity from one source, and emit it in the form of a lightning bolt. Can be
used as a defibulator (shock pads for resuscitation).
Advanced Level(••••••): Can crispy fry a subject
with millions of volts of energy. Can surge entire buildings and data related
appliances to shut down security systems and general operations. Can create
their own electricity and shoot it at a subject within sight distance. When
casting, the caster emits a kind of aggravated hum, their eyes glow sheer white.
Their power is not emitted from the hands, as many other elements are. Rather an
electrical field is formed around them, and bolts are shot from the field from
various locations. In other words, it can shoot more bolts than hands, and they
don't have to be looking at you to hit you.
