Mission Information:
This mission takes place on Luke Skywalker's home planet of Tatooine, a bleak, forbidding desert world scorched by twin suns in the Outer Rim. Tatooine has recently been colonized due to its strategic location near several hyper-space routes. Its largest spaceport city, Mos Eisley, is a crossroads for interstellar commerce, and is popularted with pirates, thieves, and smugglers.
Luke and Wedge cruised this area in back when they were showboating in their Skyhoppers, so the terrain should be familiar. If you get too close to the Imperial Probe Droids, they'll blast you with their laser cannons. Lay on the brakes and approach them as slowly as possible to ensure your safety. You only have to destroy six TIE fighters at Mos Eisley, so keep your cool. If you're shooting for a gold medal, you'll need to protect your wingmen in addition to saving Mos Eisley. Generally, it is best to simply complete the mission first, and then try repeating it later for medals.
