NOTES: This show was preceded by an appearance at a record store in Huntington Beach: “the in-store was pretty small. Ian and Will were very late, but still played a few songs acoustic. After that, they did a signing, so I got a few of my albums signed as well as an acoustic guitar!” -- porcupiny.blogspot.com

NOTES: His mother's sudden death pulled Will Sergeant off the tour and back to England. For the Toronto, Montreal and Providence dates, the band soldiered on with a fill-in guitarist: Pete Homstrom of The Dandy Warhols. "It's more than just soldiering on -- we wouldn't do it if we didn't think it would sound great and that it would still represent the band. It's like a squad game -- reshuffling your defense and a bit of your attack." -- Ian McCulloch,

I took as my starting point Steve Doughty's excellent and comprehensive Bunnymen Recordings site, and have filled in gaps using the Seven Seas Archive (which went back to January 1st, 1999 at the time I copied it all into text files), as well as the various other web pages and articles cited in my listings. This is still very much a work in progress. I have received a good deal of help from members of the Seven Seas and Bunnymen.com communities -- thank you all!
