The second fighter that Goku finds on the rescue of Kamesennin and Bulma. He freezes Goku in place with his breath. He is just about to attack him but Krillen and Gohan show up and give Goku enough time to break free with his Kaioken attack and Ebifuraiya is destroyed by Goku.

The only female Kaio in the series, she claims that her hover bike is the fastest in the universe. In the Afterlife Tenkaichi Budoukai, her men were all defeated. She was the first Kaio to lose all her men in the battles, making them do a heafty amount of laps.
