Say hello

Thor

Hi! I'm Thor. I'm named after the Norse god of thunder, and BOY
CAN I BARK!!
I was adopted in February, 1995, and now
I'm almost 7. Aren't I a great Valentine's Day present? Fact is,
then I was really skinny and sick. But I took my medicine and got
to eat LOTS, and pretty soon I began to turn into the magnificent
beast you see before you.

I live in the great neighborhood of Friendship with my two feline
brothers. One of them is pretty cool, but the other. Oooh-wee!
is he nasty! I just ignore him, though, 'cause I'm a lot bigger
than he is.
I get walked twice a day, most days, and I know lots of my neighbors.
Everyone seems to like me, and some even like to hug me! Some
people have talked about making a statue of me for the neighborhood
park. I think I'd be a great model, don't you?
I'm mostly a normal dog. I wag when mom comes home, I bark at
the mailman and school kids, I don't much like baths, I like to
sniff everything and I will do tricks for treats. In some ways
I'm really different, though. Sometimes I like to eat Chinese
elm leaves -- mmm, tasty! And I really like radishes with salad
dressing and brussel sprouts.
