Warm and sunny, gorgeous!

An okay day. I got up at a reasonable time and made the bed, then took my shower. I spent some time on my computer then cooked my lovely brunch. I had an asparagus, ham and cheese omelette. Yum. It was really good.

I headed over to the apartment relatively early as my first class today was at 2. I got to the apartment and did a bit of cleaning and even opened the windows for a bit. I wanted to get some fresh air in the place. With the curtain open it always looks really dusty! It's just not fair. I vacuumed yesterday, but with the curtains open I could see a lot of dust on the floor. That's the problem with high-gloss floors.

My class went well and we scheduled more for the coming weeks. After my student left I prepared her next class and then went off for my lunch. I decided to go to Gusto as I wanted to relax a bit and read my Chatelaine. I picked one up when I was in the Vancouver Airport. I can't quite believe how much I'm enjoying it. I remember it being very Toronto based before, but now it seems quite a good Canadian magazine. I'll keep reading, maybe it'll change!

After lunch I headed back to the school and taught my next classes. They went quite well.

When I finished my paperwork I called hubby and asked if I should go home, or if he'd pick me up. He chose the pick up option. We had a nice dinner at M's Dining, then a quick trip round the grocery store for...well, groceries!

Fumihiko took my bike out of the car and then I pointed out the incredibly scary spider webs above our heads. I took a few pictures of them and posted them to Flickr. I know they're not really clear, but they are the best I could do at this time of night. The webs are huge and so are the spiders. Last year I saw these spiders on the way to work and that was bad enough. This year I have to walk under them just to get to my bike. It freaks me out! To paraphrase Indy, "Spiders? Why did it have to be spiders?"

And that was my day. I "chatted" a bit with my friend Susan on Yahoo Messenger. That thing is fun! Hubby's just gone off to bed, and if I'm smart then I will too. But, am I? I'm not sure.

Anyway, have a good evening! Talk to you later maybe. Night.
