Sunny and warm.
A pretty nice day. I got up at a good time and then checked the TV. There was nothing on and I was tired, so I went back to sleep for a couple of hours. (Gulp.)
When I got up, I didn't do very much at all. I had some toast, and checked email. I watched some of my taped TV from this weekend. First I watched Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and rather liked it. I've always liked Robert Downey Jr. and Val Kilmer was good in this too. It was fun. After that I watched CSI: New York. I had to get my dose of Gary Sinese! I also checked out YouTube for some real Canadiana. I wanted to watch some of The Great White North, and sure enough, it was there! I watched quite a few episodes of Bob and Doug.
In the late afternoon I decided to go out and get a cappucino. It was quite late when I decided to go, and I knew my hubby would be back fairly soon, but I didn't care. I bicycled off to the mall and then checked out the hundred yen shop. I didn't buy anything today. Strange but true.
In the coffee shop I had a chicken and avocado sandwich, plus my cappuchino. Both were yummy and just what I wanted. Then, I came home.
I realized that I was being followed as I came into our parking lot. It was a familiar looking car...yup, it was Fumihiko. He got back at the same time as me. We came in and chatted about our day.
We went out for dinner tonight to Hana. It's a Japanese restaurant near my school. We both had the same thing tonight. We had fish--gindara. It's one of my favourite cooked fish here and it was nice.
After dinner we came home via the grocery store. We got enough food for two days. I told Fumihiko that he has to cook tomorrow night. I've got 3 classes in a row tomorrow night and I might be a little tired. I was supposed to have 4 classes tomorrow, but one of them cancelled tonight.
We spent a quiet evening at home. Hubby turned on the TV at 10 and found Transporter 2 starting. I wanted to watch it, but not tonight as tonight is ER night. We watched the first hour or so of the movie and found it quite fun. I'll try to tape it next time it comes on the channel. ER was good, and very sad. I had a blast from the past tonight when I recognized C. Thomas Howell and John Stamos on the show. Looks like John Stamos is a possible love interest for Neela. Hmm. And, what's with Abby and Luka? Are they going to be an item again? Hmm..hmm...hmmm.
We had some Tazo chai while we watched ER and that was a nice change from coffee. Don't get me wrong, I loves me coffee, but sometimes I need a break.
Anyway, that's about it for tonight. Fumihiko is off to dreamland now, and I really need an early (or so) night, so I'll bid you adieu. Night!
