Chapter 3
Problems
Thanos's engineer flew to the ground. "I'm sorry sir, It's not my fault," he screamed over the roars of rage.
"I don't care, I need someone to pay for this impudence," roared Thanos. The warp factor on his ship was very much damaged and no one could or would tell Thanos why.
"I need to get my gem from Questworld and without the damn warp factor it will take me 20 years to get to that stupid rock! So who will pay?"
His lead captain Blade stepped forward, "There can be a short detour. There is a small inhabited planet only 900 miles away, maybe we can make there for repairs within five days?"
Thanos stopped and looked at his captain Blade, the only other smart being on this ship. He put down the engineer and said somewhat calmly, "Make it happen." Thanos started for the door and stopped. Quickly he spun around and shot the engineer in the back with the energy from his fists. The engineer flew across the room and then through the wall. There was no need to look at the engineer, he was dead. No one ever made Thanos mad and lived through it.

David was juggling and singing at the same time. Yep, he was a regular knockout with the ladies. They were standing around him laughing and flirting while I looked on; I was studying. David and I were alone in the castle with mom for the weekend. Dad was visiting another planet to warn them of the arrival of Thanos. I was researching Thanos for no one on the planet would even talk about him. Not even my own father.
David walked over. All the girls had left him and he was smiling. "Adam, what are you doing, reading again?"
I rolled my eyes, "No, I'm doing back flips."
David did a mock laugh, "So funny! So how about we go play moonball?"
I looked at him and shook my head, "No, I'm trying to see why dad is making such a big deal out of a guy named Thanos coming here." David started talking telepathically, "Jenny will be there!"
I gasped, "How did you know I liked her?"
David smiled, "I like her too."
"No." I said again, but this time aloud and returned to my computer.
Fine, I'll go alone", David said as he walked out of the room.
I went to the holo-cube and looked up Thanos. "Great," I thought,
"they have him downloaded on a video." I picked the icon and it showed a very massive man with purple skin fighting. "He is what father is stressing over? He doesn't look so tough!" I thought to myself.
That opinion suddenly changed as I saw him pick up a man and throw him 20 feet through the air and shoot him with energy blasts killing him. It also showed him jump kick a man to the ground and breaks his back over his knee. The last example of this "Titan's" power had a man drawing a gun towards Thanos's head. Thanos quickly waved his fist and using his telekinesis, made the man's gun fly out of his hand. Thanos shot him with energy blasts, which quickly ended his life.
When it finished, I stared at the bloody picture on the screen for a while. Then I ran to the bathroom to throw up.
