His name by Goku was Hatchan. He was a freind with Goku and sacrificed his life to save Goku from Agent Black in his robo machine. Goku was only a kid and flew the broken Hatchan to the Dragon who was summoned and wished him back. Then the movie ended,

Appearence: Dragonball Z Movie 7
Him, Android 14, and Android 15 appeared together in DBZ Movie 7. They were made by Dr. Gero to destroy Goku. After Androids 14 and 15 are killed by Vegeta and Trunks, 13 absorbes their CPUs to become Super Android 13. A blue, muscular android with orange/red hair. In that form, he looks like Super Vegeta

Appearence: Dragonball Z Dragonball 7 Movie 7
A big, blue, stupid Android that appears in DBZ Movie 7 with Androids 13 and 15. He is killed by Trunks after being sliced in half.

A small, puple Android. He appears in Movie 7 with Androids 13 and 14. He is killed by Vegeta.
ANDROID 16

Appearance: Dragonball Z
Android 16 was created by Dr. Gero for one reason- to destroy Goku. He later meets up with Cell, and tries more to defeat him. Android 16 is the strongest out of all the artificial androids in Dragonball Z. He is later killed by Perfect Cell during the Cell Games. He is the reason that Gohan accended.

Appearance: Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT (with Super 17)
Android 17 was the cockiest of the Androids created be Dr. Gero, who he later killed. He is also Android 18's twin brother. 17 considered himself to be the strongest warrior until Android 16 fought Cell. In Future Trunks' time, 17 and 18 killed everyone except Trunks. This all changed when Trunks came to the past to warn everyone. 17 is later killed when he was absorbed by Imperfect Cell.

Appearance: Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT
Android 18 is yet another Android created by Gero. She is 17's brother. 18 helped 17 in Future Trunks' time to destroy everyone, but in the present time, she didn't kill anyone. Soon after 17 was absorbed by Cell, she was too. This caused Cell to transform into his perfect form. She was later spit out when Gohan hit Cell in the stomach. Later, 18 moves on and marries Krillin. Right after the Cell Games, all the explosives are wished out of her with the Dragonballs.

Appearance: Dragonball Z
Android 19 is one of the absorbent type Androids created by Dr. Gero. He looks like a small white clown, and his voice kind of sounds like he just swallowed the helium out of a balloon. He almost kills Goku after his heart disease suddenly strikes, but he is saved by Vegeta. After a short battle, Vegeta kills him.

Appearance: Dragonball Z
Android 20 is actually just Dr. Gero in android form. He wanted immortality, so he turned himself into an absorbent type android. He and Android 19 set out to destroy Goku, but he seemed no match for the Z Fighters (actually, it was Vegeta), so he rushed back to his lab to activate Androids 17 and 18. Once activated, 17 kills him.
