A mechanical monster built by Dr. Gero to absorb Androids 17 and 18.  His mission was to absorbs the Androids so he can reach the ultimate perfection of his power.  He was forced to go back in time with Trunks time machine when he finds out the Androids were dead.  He absorbs both of them, and after a long, LONG, time of deaths and battling, Super Saiyan 2 Gohan killed him with one arm and the help of his father.

Cell Jr.

Race: Android
Appearence: Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT

In an effort to bring out Gohan's power, Cell created 7 of these tiny Androids.  Each one looking exactly like Cell, except smaller and a different color.  Although powerful, Gohan took each one out after releasing his power.

Choutzu
Hair: None
Race: Human
Appearence: Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT

Not a very strong fighter, and is scared most of the time.  He dies in Dragonball, then dies early on in Dragonball Z series when he explodes to try and destroy Nappa.  Choutzu is great friends with Tien, and can communicate telepathicly with him.

Chi Chi

Race: Human
Appearence: Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT

The most feared female in all of the series.  She is constantly getting mad for every little mistake or broken rule.  She wants Gohan to be a scholar instead of a fighter, and gets what she wants after the Cell Games.  She is the wife of Goku, and mother of Gohan, and later on Goten.

Chii Shenron
Hair: None
Race: Dragon
Appearence: Dragonball GT

One of the 7 Dragons created after Bulma's wish to revive those killed by Vegeta while he was Majin.  He is big, and doesn't look to harmful, but puts up a really good fight.  He is killed by Goku.

Cold, King
Hair: None
Race: Demon- Transformable
Appearence: Dragonball Z

The father of the powerful Frieza.  He looks just like form 2 Frieza.  He doesn't fight much.  He is defeated right away the only times he is seen.  The first time by Trunks, the second time by Pikkon.
