Taken over by Babadi, Dabura does just about whatever he tells him to do. Simply by spitting on someone, he can turn them into stone within seconds. He isn't too powerful compared to Goku or Gohan, but he puts up a good fight.
Dai Kaioshin

Race: Kaioshin
Appearence: None
He is one of the many Kaioshins absorbed by Buu. Because Buu absorbed him, he became fat. Like the Buu we see first in the saga. If it weren't for him, Buu wouldn't as nice as he was at first.
Dende
Hair: None
Race: Namek
Appearence: Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT
A young Namek met by Gohan and Krillin during their trip to Namek. He becomes great friends with them. He has the power to heal, so he was killed by Frieza to prevent him from healing those that he hurts. Dende is forgotten for a saga, then comes back to be Earth's guardian.

Race: Demon
Appearence: Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT
One of Frieza's stronger henchmen. He kills many of the Saiyans, and also kills many of the Nameks. He is finally killed by Vegeta when he is on Namek.
