The only remaining Kaioshin. He comes to Earth during the World Martial Arts Tournament with his friend, Kibito, and introduces himself to Goku. After Kibito is killed by Dabura, he thinks there is no hope. But seeing that Goku, Gohan, and Vegeta are as powerful as they are, they kow they can defeat them.
