Nappa appears as Vegeta's partner. After a battle against the Earthlings, Nappa fails to defeat Goku, so Vegeta kills him. Later in GT, Nappa returns, to again be killed by Vegeta.

The protector of Guru. He is the only strong warrior on Namek. After a loss against Frieza, he merges with Piccolo to remain in his body forever. After a few sagas, he is forgoten inside of Piccolo.

Appears in the 21st World Martial Arts Tournament. He needs the prize money to buy water for his planet. Although Goku beats him, he gets the water he needs.
North Kai

Appearence: Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT
The main Kai of the series. He helps out the Z Fighters greatly, and is the one that teaches Goku the Kao Ken and Spirit Bomb techniques. He is known through the saga as King Kai.
