day three of 16 days in Egypt with my daughter Tischa

We get up early to get a taxi to the pyramids at Giza. We get together with two Malaysian brothers, Wei Mi and Wei Sing (Why me and Why Sing..LOL..) We arrive at the pyramids first of all tourists. It's magnificent.

Soon we get approached by camel drivers. It is such annoyance, since they take no no for an answer. And when finally one is gone the next one arrives. It's a nasty radio you just can't turn off. If anything, next time I take fire crackers with me to scare the camels away. You can tell, I got more of a picture off those camel drivers faces than of the pyramids.

Finally we took a horse ride, and got a deal with the guide, who followed us since Why me and Why sing couldn't ride a horse, to help but when he would talk, there would be no fee for him. Quiet at last. The entrance to the big pyramid was one hundred EL. Quiet a price for Egypt, but then, you don't want to leave without having been inside the pyramids.

It's clouded with sometimes a bit of sun coming through. Still, a beautiful sight. We go back to Cairo. We are leaving tomorrow night, and need to buy some presents still. The hotel is great and we go and eat at GAD. Great pancakes! To bed for next day.
