PROPOSALS By Kathryn
"Well you know as well as
anyone that half the time we were together we were fighting, the other
half we were making up, but we were always fighting about the same thing.
Him being too protective or possessive, or not thinking I can look after
myself. And he always wanted me to be more of a lady, I mean look at me,"
she ran her hand through her hair and shook the dust out of it. "He hated
it when I looked like this, at least with Eliza he'll never have to worry
about her dressing as a man."
Rachel put her arm around
Lou's dusty shoulder. "Well that was very good, now why don't you tell
me how you really feel?"

SISTERS By
Red Sky
They all turn and look at
Jake. Teaspoon walks over to Jake pushes up his hat and looks Jake right
in the eye. "Son, what's your partner's name."
Jake looks around at everyone,
smirks and says, "Mel. Didn't you hear Lou?"
Teaspoon looks at the sky,
and then at Jake and tries one more time, "What is Mel's full name, Jake?"
At that, Jake smiles and
says, "Melanie Colter, Lou's sister and my bride."

By Mette
"She will love it," Jimmy
thought. He imagined LouÍs surprise and happiness when she got the
sugary heart, the love in her eyes would be obvious to everybody. With

red frosting, little crumbs would stick to her rosy lips and her chin,
and he could hear her with a joyful laughter offer him the other half of
the candy heart. Affectionately, she would shower sweet and sticky kisses
on his mouth -- kisses he would return return with much passion, untill
they both got dizzy and...

COMING! Valentine Story Challenge)
Buck leaned forward. He felt
so stupid having to explain this. The worst part of it was that there was
no solution. "He didn't mean to, in fact he doesn't even know that he did.
You see we had just gotten back when Rachel was serving dinner. I told
Noah to put the jewelry in a safe place so that we wouldn't loose it. Well,
when Jesse came running through the door, he knocked Noah's hand, and one
of the rings went flying into Teaspoon's mashed potatoes. By the time we
made it over there, he'd eaten the last bite."

goes nothing," Rachel declared.
From the lobby, Rachel looked
over the dining citizens. Many couples were having a quite meal to celebrate
Valentine's Day. Candles glowed, glasses clicked together, and happy voices
carried the promise of love. Rachel brushed a strand of hair away from
her face, and looked for signs of her mystery date's presence.

A WEDDING FOR EMMA By
Cassie
"Sam, I was so scared. I'm
so sorry about our fight," Sam hushed Emma in what he considered the most
efficient way. Kissing Emma and drawing her in close so that her body was
snug against his. They had been kissing for several minutes, leaning up
against the barn wall, and hands had started roaming.
"Young man, I don't think
that's any way to touch a woman who isn't your wife," Nat voice startled
not only Sam and Emma, but also Lou and Kid who had been somewhat surprised
at the going ons down below.
