"Mother" extends as in Taitriya Upanishad for the father and the preceptor. Hymns to some deities, are added. . Mr. Sankaran provides an introduction and profuse notes in English.
There is a Shreemukham from the Shankaracharya of the Sringeri Math. Adi Shankaracharya and his mother are constantly referred to. Shree Ramana Maharishi's method of ensuring his mother's salvation is aptly mentioned.
