December 9, 2007 - Sunday

Clear at night, a bit of snow in the morning.

Today was a quiet day. I spent most of it sleeping. Fumihiko had told me that he'd have a meeting today and would be away extra time today. I decided to catch up on my sleep, but actually he came back at the regular time. Sigh. That was a bit sad for me! He ended up taking a nap too and it wasn't until 5 ish that I really got up. Yep, I said 5ish.

We had dinner in the Evil Place tonight. It was okay. I did eat too much, but I hadn't eaten all day, so it sort of balanced? I doubt it, but can hope anyway! During dinner I managed to drop part of my dessert onto my clean t-shirt and pants. The t-shirt wasn't so bad as it was a dark colour, but the pants were a light beige-tan, and the blueberry syrup showed up very brightly on them.

We came straight home after dinner and I washed my pants. Fumihiko wanted to watch a dvd and I wanted to write Christmas cards, so that's what we did. I also did a load of laundry first. It looks like washing my pants so soon got the stain out. Hurray for that. We had a lot of fun finding the dvd I wanted to watch. I had requested Garfield 2, so we had to search all over for it. Fumihiko had tidied the dvd rack in the living room a few weeks ago so of course we can't find anything now. He went over the boxes and couldn't find it, and then I took over. Of course, I found it. I'm just amazing aren't I?

The dvd was a lot of fun, as was writing my cards. I have done a few now, but I have to get on with it. I must write a few more. It's hard though, when people haven't sent ME any cards! When my old computer died this year it took my Christmas card list with it.

So, that's about it for my day. A lot of sleeping, a bit of movie watching and a bit of card writing. Tomorrow, Fumihiko is back at work and I'm off. Depending on the weather I may go shopping or just make a quick post office run. I'm not sure. Wish me luck!
