December 30, 2007 - Sunday

Rainy, but I didn't go out.

What a horrible day. I went to bed quite late last night, but not as late as my hubby. When he came to bed I woke up, and then proceeded to wake up every couple of hours.

In the morning Fumihiko got up, but I didn't. I stayed in bed. Fumihiko had a busy morning. He cleaned the toilet and the bathroom. He was a busy guy.

Basically I stayed in bed until 2 ish, then got up and made myself an omelette. It was too greasy for me to eat though, I'd put too much oil in the pan, so I finished eating it halfway through, did the dishes and then went back to bed.

I got up again around 6 and watched Die Hard 2. I got Fumihiko to lend me his thermometer and I found out that I have a temperature of 37.9. Hubby says that's quite high. Fumihiko wanted to take me out for dinner, but honestly I didn't feel like it at all. I hadn't showered today (or yesterday either for that matter) and didn't really feel all that hungry. Finally I asked him if he'd get me some McDonald's food. He was a dear, and went to the grocery store and the local McD's for me. He came back a bit later with a crispy chicken salad, small fries and a sundae for me, plus some roast beef from the grocery store. We had a feast and watched X-Men: Last Stand. It was great as always.

Now Superman Returns is on, but I haven't been watching it that much. I think I'll be going back to bed soon. My head is acting up a bit, although I don't feel very feverish now.

Quite a boring day, but frankly, I really needed it! I've been under the weather for a while. Maybe I still am, but I got lots of rest today.
