April 30, 2008 - Wednesday

Sunny and warm today.

Today was okay. I didn't get up really early, but I'm on holiday, sue me! When I got up I drank coffee and watched Perfume, a movie that I'd taped off WOWOW last night. It was great! I enjoyed it so much that I saved it to show Fumihiko. Maybe tomorrow night if we have time!

During the day I did a bit of blog maintenance and some printing for my husband. He has an annoying habit of emailing me stuff late at night and wanting it printed out RIGHT AWAY. Well, last night, I promised that I would do it in the daytime for him, and I did. (For the record, it's my printer, and while I wouldn't mind if he used it, my computer is the one that it's hooked up to, so I get the happy job of printing.)

I had a late lunch and then when I was cleaning up afterwards looked at the dishcloth. Once again it is in rags. Now, I know that they are not made to last forever, but surely they shouldn't fall apart so easily? I actually asked Fumihiko about it tonight. He swears that he doesn't wring it out or soak it in bleach, but I have a hard time believing him! I know I don't do either of those things.

When Fumihiko came home, we vegged for a while and then went out for dinner to Edoichi. It was his choice. It was okay. It wasn't crowded like I thought it would be. There were some tables of young guys though, and they hogged the desserts and the ice cream areas for quite a while!

We came home after eating and watched a movie. Tonight's film was Overboard, an old Goldie Hawn - Kurt Russell film. It was sort of cute, and sort of weird if you thought about it too much. Still, they really did have chemistry, probably still do.

And that was that! Fumihiko went to bed and after a false start, now seems to be sleeping peacefully. I'm so glad. He needs his rest.

I'm off to bed soon and I think that I will got out by myself tomorrow and perhaps go to the school and do some work. I hope I really do it. Night night!
